Before you email
A lot of questions already have an answer on the site, and you will get it faster there:
- FAQ — accounts, subscriptions, what each tier includes, how to cancel.
- Methodology — how match scores and admission probabilities are calculated, and which official disclosures they come from.
- Corrections policy — how we handle reported errors and how quickly.
- Suggestions — feature requests and schools you want added.
What we can't help with
We publish admissions data and the tools to reason about it. We do not review personal statements, contact schools on an applicant's behalf, or offer individual admissions consulting — and we have no affiliation with any school in the directory. If you need per-application advice, an advisor at your institution or an independent consultant is the right call.
